1.All Cheque to be drawn in favour of 'S2 Homes'
2.Booking Amount is Rs.2, 00,000/-. The amount is payable as per the approved Price List.
3.Upon Cancellation, the amounts paid till then will be refunded subject to the following: a) Before signing of agreement, a cancellation charge of Rs. 5,000 will be levied and after signing of agreement, Rs 25,000 of agreement value will be levied.
4.All emails sent from the company's official email id would be deemed to be the official document for all practical purpose.
5.If, for any reason, the applicant wishes to sell the property, at any time before the completion of the project, the company reserves the right of first purchase.
6.Transfer of the property acquired by the applicant vide this booking, shall be null and void, if done without written communication to the company in advance.
7.The company reserves the right to modify, add and amend the above terms & conditions without notice at any point of time.
8.Any dispute arising out of this transaction is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
9.At the discretion of the Management on exceptional cases the refund of cancelled bookings could be processed in 45 days.
10.Cheque bounce charge for the 1st time it Rs. 500/-, 2nd time Rs. 750/- and for the 3rd time Rs.1000/- and will be governed by clauses in Agreement on signing of Agreement of Sale.
11.This booking is valid post Email confirmation from the Management and along with allotment letter.
12.Preferential location charges will be 5% extra and corner properties will be 10% extra.
